When Erin of Joey Boey Play Mats contacted me about reviewing the play mat, I was thrilled. I had never heard of anything like this. The mat is artist drawn with amazing detail. There is a police station, farm, library, church, hospital, etc. I was a little disappointed that there wasn't a train track because Mikey Bear loves trains but it has everything else including an airport for the plane lover.
The mat is perfect for both girls and boys. I am a firm believer in imaginative play and this mat is perfect for that. The mat is huge which gives plenty of room for multiple kids to play on. We decided to give this to Mikey Bear for Christmas. I know for a fact he will absolutely love it. We plan to place the mat out from Santa with cars spread out on it. I can't wait to see the look on his face Christmas morning. Don't worry. There will be plenty of pictures to share. If you are looking for something special for your child to discover on Christmas morning, this is definitely it.

Daddy Bear's perspective: The first thing I noticed was that the entire mat was printed from a hand drawn design. It gives it a personal feel which impressed me. I also like that it is made out of a durable vinyl to guarantee years of use. There are a variety of different types of building and areas to fuel your kid's imagination. The criss-crossing of roads and large range of buildings should offer up many hours of playtime.
